Shelby teaches Vinyasa Flow at BFree Yoga and Wellness in Austin, Texas. She completed her 200 hr. teacher training program with Gioconda yoga in the spring of 2010. Shelby draws inspiration from Sarah Tomson Beyer, Ann Hyde and Baron Baptiste.Shelby builds her classes around a creative flowing sequence to move you out of your head and into your body. She speaks to liberating yourself from past limitations + restrictions + moving into possibility.

I lead my life with ease, grace, comfort, + acceptance for myself and others. I celebrate life.I am an active girl with yoga, music, adventure, and love in my heart. Meet Jaime.
As a glacier climber + avid skier, Jaime comes to Yoga from a long + diverse athletic background. When she committed to a daily Yoga practice, the physical and mental shifts created a sense of peace and balance in her mind and body-comparable to that of being out in the mountains. While her athletic and demanding flow classes are sure to generate a good sweat, a playful and dancelike quality inspires liberation + freedom. She's most interested watching her students "let go" and inhabit the flow rather than strive for an end goal.
Why are you so sheeky?
I float through life intuitively. I don't follow a lot of rules. I trust my gut—live by my instincts.I try to stay in the flow.
What is your favorite sheeky item?
My favorite items are the ODETTE SKIRT- really flattering + cute, easy to wear out-in JET. I can take it from street to studio. Sometimes I forget to take it off before teaching a class but it is not a problem: it moves with you.

Meet Heather.
Heather has been practicing yoga for over 10 years + has been teaching Prana Yoga for the last 8. Heather’s teaching style empowers you to explore yourself through movement, strength, intuition, fluidity + breath. Heather has travelled the world teaching yoga + offering teacher trainings, workshops + retreats including China, Thailand, Costa Rica + Mexico. She currently teaches outdoor- beach yoga in San Diego, Ca + offers workshops at local studios and retreats in Baja Mexico.

I follow my own authentic path. I embrace my sassy, full of life zesty self. I am a female warrior. I am a woman who walks with her head high no matter what peaks and valleys I experience. My heart + my face are always smiling- no matter what the world throws at me.

Meet Emilie.
We all got through our teen years, so we know: high school is tough. Emilie got through a little easier with the help of her yoga practice. Growing up outside of Toronto, Emilie found yoga at 16 and hasn’t looked back since. Nearly 10 years + a 200-Hour teacher certification later, Emilie shares the stress-relieving benefits of yoga with adults, children and especially teens. Her own struggle with ovarian tumors has also given Emilie a special perspective on pre and post-natal yoga. In addition to teaching yoga, Emilie is a Certified Doula, Reiki Practitioner and Hot Stone Masseur. Yes, please!
Why are you so sheeky?
Because I teach rocking yoga classes + do it in style ;) Inspiring to students to rise to greatness in their yoga practice. I organize an annual yogathon for ovarian cancer and have my own tv show coming this fall! I’m living life my way, and to me, that’s tres sheeky.

Meet Cher.
Cher Aslor began her movement studies as a young child with ballet + jazz. After graduating from C.U. Boulder, Cher split for LA where she worked for 10 years as a professional dancer. It was in LA that she was certified in the Classic Pilates Method. Cher returned to Colorado in 2004 to be closer to family + the mountains, + in 2006 Cher was certified in Power Yoga + Yoga Sculpt at Core Power Yoga, + also completed the 200 hr Teacher Training course in Forrest Yoga with Ana Forrest in 2011. You can find Cher teaching at her Pilates studio, ph7 Pilates, or teaching yoga at Core Power Yoga, Kindness Yoga + Root Yoga Center in Denver. She is proud to be an Ambassador for meSheeky!
Why are you so sheeky?
I’m Sheeky because I’m playful + silly. Yoga + Pilates are my life, I’m teaching all the time, so I’m always in yoga clothes. When I do have something social to do after work, I rarely get a chance to go home and change.

Meet Bethany.
Bethany is a devout student and teacher of Prana Flow Yoga and the owner of Bindu Yoga Studio in Del Mar, California. Bethany’s teaching style is inspired by her life’s experience of living near the ocean + studying yoga for the past ten years. Bethany is deeply honored to assist her teacher, Prana Flow creator, Shiva Rea in workshops, retreats, and teacher trainings around the world. She has deepened her understanding of the lineage of yoga by completing certifications in Prana Flow, Vinyasa Flow, Pre-Post Natal, Yoga Trance Dance, + Ayurveda. Bethany embodies the teachings of flow + brings incredible love, passion, + healing into her classes. I guess you could say I have Sheeky style... I live for mixing up my wardrobe to combine unpredictable outfits that feel feminine and hip. As a yoga studio owner I'm always on the go, so I love functional pieces that flow easily from studio to street.

Aubri, is a servant of the flow. As a shaktidasi, she travels the globe ready to share her passion for Prana Flow Yoga, Kalarippayatu, + Integrative Nutrition, with all whom are ready to expand their minds and open their bodies. In her classes, she offers everyone the opportunity to discover their rhythm by nurturing their ability to listen to the play of their inner and outer landscapes. Born + raised in Salt Lake City, Aubri began yoga in college. After discovering Prana Flow, she awakened within a sense of peace, freedom, + liberation through movement. She began her studies with Shiva Rea in an effort to offer others this same gift of exploration. Her pursuit of yoga led her to India where she studied Kalarippayat in the lineage of C.M. Sherif Gurukkal. She is honored to have received permission to transmit the teaching of Kalari to the west. She has deep gratitude for her many teachers along the path, especially for Shiva Rea, her Kalari lineage (KKA), her health counseling education received through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, + her many teachers along the way to receiving her bachelors in psychology.

Meet Mary Clare.
My mission is to connect people through joyful yoga. Energetic vibrations of fun run deep in my veins. When we come together on the mat and experience this bliss, the manifestation of my intention to teach has arrived. I own Lotus House of Yoga, a vinyasa studio in Omaha, Nebraska. The classes I lead are fun, challenging + filled with love. I enjoy playing at the edge of the asana practice and watching the spirit soar to new heights. Stacy Levy has been an avid yoga practitioner for over 10 years. Stacy’s soulful Vinyasa yoga classes blend mindful poses into eclectic sequences that are set to uplifting and contemporary music, ranging from Classic Rock to Regage to Pop + Hip Hop. Supported by her own personal experience, Stacy strongly believes in the therapeutic nature + healing power of yoga, as well as the ability of the practice to awaken and transform. She is currently pursuing her certification as a Holistic Health Coach, focusing on integrative nutrition + total mind-body-spirit wellness, is the founder of Aura Talent, a Yoga management agency, + Aura Yoga & Wellness.

Meet Mimi.
Mimi Rieger is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance (2003) + is the Regional Director of Budokon International, DC, VA & MD + the proprietor of PureFitnessDC, LLC. Mimi began her fitness journey as a ballet dancer in her youth and discovered the yogic and martial arts in her 20’s. Mimi has been teaching yoga since 2003 and brought the practice and art of Budokon (a blend of yoga and martial arts) to the DC area in 2005 and was the first certified teacher in the area. Attaining full body connectivity is paramount in Mimi’s philosophy of teaching where the student is linking the breath, the movement + the mind for an overall sense of strength, energetic power + wellbeing. Mimi is also trained in the Rocket Ashtanga Yoga system, a vibrant yoga series to renew energy + vitality in the body, She continues to train + travel to expand her teaching capabilities to share her love of the movement arts with her beloved students.
